What I used:
Chickpeas : 1 can
Boiled green peas : 1/4 cup
Boiled corn : 1/4 cup
Spinach : 2 handfuls
Chopped fresh Mint : 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped Cilantro : 2 to 3 tbsp
Jalapeno : 1 (finely chopped)
Fresh grated coconut : 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp or as required
Chat masala : 1 tsp
Salt and pepper : as required
Seasoned Croutons : as required
Olive oil : 1 tbsp
How I did:
- Drain water from the canned chickpeas and transfer into a mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and combine thoroughly and serve.
